Marko built a loyal following as a personal trainer, known locally for one-on-one coaching. His model was simple and completely capped: hours for money, one client at a time. He had the audience. He didn't have a product that could grow past his own calendar.
What wasn't working.
- A business capped by his own calendar.
- An audience that trusted him, and nothing to sell to more than a handful of them.
- Every new client meant another hour of his time.
- Growth meant burnout, not leverage.
Decisions, not activities.
Marko built the missing piece himself: a structured program anyone could buy, not just the people he could coach in person. That decision made everything else possible. We didn't invent the product. We built everything around it: the research, the scripts, the videos, the landing page, the retargeting, the email flow and the media buying that turned it into revenue.
The work, in order.
What we actually did, step by step.
Understand the audience before writing a word.
We pulled from his real client conversations, comments and DMs to find the words people actually used to describe their frustration. That research became the base of every angle we tested.
Angles, not guesses.
Four distinct angles, each built on a different driver: generic programs that ignore your goals, the credibility of a real trainer, the fear of wasting money again, and not knowing where to start. Whatever didn't hold attention in three seconds got killed.
A funnel in three layers.
Broad hook videos to earn attention. Deeper content with proof and answers to objections. Direct offer creative served almost only to warm audiences.
Retargeting that answers, not repeats.
Each retargeting ad answered the objection most likely to have stopped someone at that stage: price, doubt about results, or simple hesitation.
Email as a second net.
Every lead and every abandoned checkout went into an email flow. A sale was never fully lost when someone closed the tab.
An offer rebuilt around what he could deliver.
A free lead magnet that pre-qualified buyers, and a recipe and nutrition guide added at checkout: extra revenue with zero extra ad spend.
The VSL and the landing page we built.
The page that turned the program into sales, screen by screen.

What moved.
Two creatives ended up driving most of the revenue on the best segment. That's not luck. It's what happens when you kill fast and rebuild around what earns attention.
